In the event of a shortage or damage, the driver and trucking company must be made aware.  We ask you to properly note on the driver’s copy of the delivery slip, the shortage amount or the type of damage at the time of delivery.

We also request you to keep a signed copy of the driver’s delivery slip as a record.

We do not accept returns after more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase.

All claims must be reported to Beyond Bridges LLC within 3 business days of delivery.

Credits are only issued on merchandise that can be resold, unused, and in original packaging.

15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns to Beyond Bridges LLC. Certain restrictions may apply to nondirect shipping points.

The Buyer and user further agree to release and discharge Beyond Bridges USA from any and all liabilities arising out of the purchase or use of any product described herein, whether or not such liability is caused by negligence, strict products liability, or indemnity or contribution principles.

All sizes, dimensions & specifications throughout the catalog for any and all products are approximate only.

We do not sell less than a case, neither do we break cases. Please follow the original mentioned case packing for each product where applicable.

Free Delivery is available on most orders most areas. For international shipments, we deliver free to the carrier or freight forwarder. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping on any order.
